Teaching an athlete how to execute a proper high knee would help him develops strength and endurance of the hip flexors, the muscles that lift the knees and prevent plodding in the running stride. Develops strength and endurance of the quads leading to a naturally longer stride.

I was introduced to Coach Stephen in June 2015 and went to watch one of his sessions. I immediately liked what I saw, and enrolled my son in the program which consisted of two sessions a week each an hour long in duration. Over a three month period, I have observed a measurable improvement in my son’s performance on the football field in terms of his overall athletic ability, his strength and his confidence. I have subsequently enrolled both my daughters in the program. Stephen is knowledgeable, maintains discipline and challenges the children who love and look forward to the sessions, even though they are challenging! He has a warm nature and is well liked by his pupils. I would definitely recommend the program to any athlete wanting to improve their overall sporting performance!

Our son is 9 years old, and an avid sportsman. We noticed that he wasn’t achieving his full potential on the sports field and was feeling frustrated and had low self-confidence.
