The current state of lockdown in the country due to fear of the rapid spread of covid19, we have been limited to online sessions in providing services to our clients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we await on the opening of all levels for us to fully function and get our training centers to open and operates fully. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The online sessions have been successful from various client’s comments and views but lose the touch and individualistic attention that comes with private LTAD sessions we normally offer before the lockdown. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have encountered challenges of not being able to control the quality of athletes executing task giving and their freedom to do as they like regardless of concept at which our head coach has been conducting the live sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

we have decided to device a means of going to our respected clients’ home, at there convenience and in the provided space they have in there home to conduct training sessions. This requires our coaches going to the client’s home with training equipment and also, following the necessary guideline advice by CDC South Africa (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) on actions to follow due to the pandemic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are expected to be on a mask on arrival, in possession of an infrared forehead thermometer for testing the athlete temperature as well as a 70% alcohol-based sanitizer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The coach in charge is expected to explain the client on how the session will be conducted in accordance with the CDC guideline for noncontact sports<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The coaches are expected to maintain a level of distance during the training session<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After every drills or program has been executed by the athlete, he or she is expected to sanitize his or her hands. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the session, the coach must advise the client\/ athlete to go wash his\/her hand thoroughly and strongly advise to shower and change of clothes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We already started the services and we becoming fully booked as well as the online session is still being conducted. we are limited to how many clients we can attend to daily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
